While not advertised by us as front and center as the more common informational website types, we do provide proper accommodations for ecommerce projects (or online storefronts, known also as transactional websites) where needed, with the only differences typically being our use of additional specialty tools, a proportionally longer development timeline, and a stronger need for close collaboration between both parties as the project progresses. Accordingly, we encourage you to reach out to us if you have something in mind.
What kind of a name is “Noctilucent Studios”?
Noctilucent clouds are not just the highest-reigning cloud type in Earth’s atmosphere, but we think also the most beautiful. Or in other words a fitting analogy speaking to our quality of work in terms of both website search engine result page ranking and overall site design.

Are your plans interchangeable (ex. switch from Assisted to Autopilot at will and vice-versa)?
Yes. If you are currently on the Assisted plan and want us to take over, we can offer you a discounted monthly rate in exchange for the other services included in the Autopilot plan. Just let us know you’d like to switch, sign the agreement, hand us the keys, and then enjoy all of the freed up time you now have to focus on your business.
Likewise, if you are currently on the Autopilot plan and decide to move everything in-house, you can simply pay off the outstanding balance on the website and its associated services that you would have been responsible for on an equivalent Assisted plan (if the balance has not already been paid off at the time of switching). But once this prerequisite has otherwise been fulfilled, we’ll hand you the keys, and you’ll be all set.
